Do I pay for the first conversation?

No. Tell us what you're planning and we'll give you an honest read on whether it works, roughly what it costs and how long it takes — whether or not you go ahead with us.

Can you start before I arrive in Türkiye?

Yes. University applications, property searches and most preparation happen entirely remotely. A few steps — the title deed transfer and certain permit appointments — need either you here in person or a notarised power of attorney, which can be arranged at a Turkish consulate in your country.

Do you guarantee admission, a permit or citizenship?

No, and we'd be careful with anyone who does. Universities and government offices make those decisions. What we control is a complete, correct, on-time file — which is where most refusals actually come from.

What does it cost?

It depends on the service and how much of it you want handled. We quote a clear fee in writing before starting. Official costs — government fees, notary, translation, taxes — are separate and paid at their real amount, with receipts.

How much do I need to invest for citizenship through property?

There's a minimum property value set by the government, and the rules around it change from time to time. We confirm the current threshold and the exact conditions in writing before you commit any money.

Can you help if I only need one small thing?

Of course. Plenty of people come to us just for a residence permit renewal, one week of travel, or a second opinion on a contract. There's no package you have to buy into.

How quickly do you reply?
